Dragonfly is an insect with 360 views and represents, in almost every part of the world, a symbol of change, including in a self-realization perspective.
We being challenged with the new area of 360 shooting. Everything is exposed to the audience eyes, all this while the power of framing has been lost.
Behind the Scenes
The film has been shot in Hong Kong, is framed 360, and shot at 8K resolution. All the surrounding scenery is visible, while in some case we had to remove the camera operator.
For years filmmakers were creating their worlds through framing. The important was often what was left out of the frame.
This is how stories were coming to life, film reality was shaped by the moviemaker’s point of view.
We enter in an era, where visuals are captured all way around, without leaving anything out of sight. Ultimate we want to create a trippy illusion of Hong Kong that people will be able to see in a surrounding way of the view.
Drop us a line.
We are always around for feedback, comments, and great ideas!
